Tania Fajardo is a highly accomplished bilingual Industrial Engineer with a Master’s in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from EUDE Business School. With over a decade of experience in manufacturing and two years in the construction industry, Tania has developed a strong track record of leading high-performing teams, optimizing production processes, and managing complex procurement operations. In May 2025, she joined ProMach as a Purchasing Manager, where she continues to apply her expertise to streamline supply chains and foster strong vendor relationships.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is that it's male-dominated, but through perseverance, self-belief, and earning respect, I’ve learned that women are not only capable and intelligent but often excel in these environments—and their contributions are essential to any company’s success.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are maintaining a healthy balance between career and family, cherishing time with my loved ones, and upholding the hard work and responsibility instilled in me by my mother, who raised my sister and me with strength and dedication.
