Raven Petty

Raven Petty is the co-founder and publisher of Raven + Grace Press, a hybrid publishing company she launched in 2024 alongside partner Jennifer Grace. With over two decades of experience in content creation, editing, proofreading, SEO, email marketing, and publishing, Raven is dedicated to helping first-time and emerging authors bring their stories to life. She works closely with writers to refine their manuscripts, guide them through the publishing process, and develop books that reflect their authentic voices and missions.

Raven earned her Bachelor’s degree in English from Tennessee State University, where she focused on literature, film, linguistics, and grammar. Her career began with editing roles across digital and print media, including managing a team of over 40 contract writers and overseeing content for more than 60 publications annually. She went on to serve as Director of Content Marketing for a vacation rental company, producing high-impact content, landing pages, and newsletters for over 100 entrepreneurs.

In 2024, Raven expanded her work to include coaching, drawing on her certifications in Health & Life Coaching and as a Rewired for Peace facilitator. She now supports aspiring authors in navigating mindset blocks, staying consistent, and confidently completing their creative projects. Outside of her professional life, Raven enjoys reading, painting, yoga, kayaking, and participating in local Nashville events—from Comic Con to community fundraisers.
