One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating constant change, but it also presents the opportunity to grow through resilience, build strong networks, and never hesitate to seek support from others.

One of the most important values I hold in both my work and personal life is the ability to say "no" when needed, so I can protect my energy and prioritize self-care to avoid burnout.
